Dr. Yasmin Shayesteh, MD, MBA, AKA Dr. Yas,, is a highly accomplished oculofacial plastic surgeon, eyelid expert, and entrepreneur, dedicated to advancing aesthetic and reconstructive eye care. She chairs the department of ophthalmology and is associate medical director at Optum Wa and is former founder and CEO of Bowmas, Inc.

Dr. Maryam Nazemzadeh, AKA Dr. Naz, is a board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon and seasoned entrepreneur who owns and runs The Naz Experience - a boutique cosmetic and reconstructive eye surgery, facial plastic surgery, aesthetic laser, and cosmetic injectables practice in Tysons, VA.
